1st DAY:

At 08.00 a.m. visit to ACROPOLIS. Then enjoy our coffee at the NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM CAFE admiring the view to Parthenon - Tour to the NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM - Lunch and a walk to PLAKA area - Visit to ANCIENT AGORA - Rest to the beautiful area of THESION, with view to Acropolis, to enjoy that special atmosphere - Transfer to the hotel - Free time - Overnight.

2nd DAY:

Breakfast - At 08.00 a.m. from Athens to HOROPOS (50 km - 45 minutes), to visit the archaeological site of AMPHIARAEION. An important healing centre was here, in antiquity and was found Temple of Amphiaraus, Theatre, Baths, long Stoa e.t.c.- From Amphiaraeion to MARATHON (40 km – 1 hr). Information about the Battle of Marathon, between the Greeks and the Persians, in 490 B.C. According to the modern historians, the great meaning of the Battle is that gave the opportunity to the Greek culture to be developed and to affect the Western civilization. From Marathon to RAMNOUS (10 km – 20 minutes). Visit to the Sanctuary of Nemesis, the judgment of the Gods. The symbols of the Goddess is the measure and the bridle – From Ramnous to VRAVRON (40 km – 50 minutes) to visit the Sanctuary of Vravronia Artemis – Lunch – Rest – In the afternoon to CAPE SOUNION ( 50 km – 1 hr) to visit the archaeological site with the Temple of Poseidon and Athena and admire the marvelous sunset – Return to Athens. Stopover for dinner on the way back to Athens (60 km – 1 ¼ hr) – Free time – Overnight.

3rd DAY:

Breakfast – At 08.30 a.m. to the NATIONAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM of Athens. Presentation of the Greek culture from the Neolithic times. Permanent exhibitions: The Neolithic Collection, The Mycenaean Collection, The Cycladic Collection, The Thera Exhibition, The Sculpture Collection, The Vase and Minor Objects Collection, The Metals Collection e.t.c. - Coffee, snack and rest to the NUMISMATIC MUSEUM Cafe and then a visit to the interesting Museum. It is housed in a wonderful building of 19th c. Here, Ziller house was. The Numismatic Museum owns 500.000 acquisitions, mostly coins. The interesting collections are those of the ancient coins dated from the 6th century BC to the 5th century AD., as well as the building – Lunch – In the afternoon, to GLYFADA, a cosmopolitan and coastal area, for a walk and coffee – Return to the hotel – Overnight.
