1st DAY:

Morning arrival in Athens - Transfer to the city centre- Panoramic guided tour and visit of the ACROPOLIS – NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM - Hotel/Check in – Rest – In the afternoon, via picturesque coastal route to CAPE SOUNION (68 km). Visit of the archaeological site with the Temple of Poseidon while admiring the marvelous sunset - Stop for dinner (optionally) on the way back to Athens – Free time – Overnight in Athens.

2nd DAY:

Breakfast - At 08.00 a.m. from Athens to the CΟRINTH CANAL and then to EPIDAURUS (126 km) – Visit of ASCLEPION, the famous THEATRE with the unique acoustics and the MUSEUM – From Epidaurus to MYCENAE (54 km) the major centre of the Mycenaean civilization which developed from 1600-1100 BC. A brief account of the tragic story of the Atreides Royal House - Visit of the archaeological site, the Museum and the very famous Tomb of King Agamemnon – From Myceanae to NAUPLION (22 km). Nauplion is a very beautiful city, the first capital of Greece – Hotel/Check in – Rest – Guided tour of the city on foot – Free time – Overnight in Nauplion or Tolo (10 km).

3rd DAY:

Breakfast – At 08.30 a.m. from Nauplion to ANCIENT VASSES - Visit of the Temple of Epikoureios Apollon (150 km). That monument, one of the best preserved of the classical antiquity was the first one in Greece to be declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, in 1986 – From Vasses to ANCIENT OLYMPIA (70 km) – Hotel/Check in – Rest – Free time for a walk in the amazing atmosphere of Ancient Olympia – Overnight in Ancient Olympia.

4th DAY:

Breakfast – At 08.00 visit of the very important archaeological site of Ancient Olympia - Sanctuary of Zeus - Stadium. The Olympic games were born there - Visit of the Museum - One hour for shopping. 5th DAY:

Breakfast – At 08.00 a.m. visit of the Sanctuary of Delphi- Delphi are characterised as the “center of the Earth” where God Apollo's Light is still present : Temple of Apollon – Theatre – Stadium – Treasures of Greek cities e.t.c. - Visit of the Museum – the Temple of Athena Pronaia – Return to Athens (180 km) / Many options: Stay in Athens, end of the trip, or extension to Greek islands for holidays.
