Travel & Systemic Constellation

Quick Overview

Systemic Constellation is an experiential method of the German Bert Hellinger, which helps us to solve our inner dysfunctions. When this personal work takes place on a Greek island full of healing energy, after a round trip in the most important Greek archaeological areas full of mystic symbols, we have deep meaning results for our inner balance and well-being. That is the aim of this program.

Apart from the tour program with professional guides, a lecture will be given and experiential team sessions on Systemic Constellation will be held.

PROGRAM:

1st DAY:

Morning arrival in Athens - Transfer to the center of ATHENS - Panoramic guided tour and a visit to ACROPOLIS – Lunch - A visit to the NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM - Hotel/Check in – Rest – Time for a walk – Dinner – Free time – Overnight.

2nd DAY:

Breakfast - At 08.30 a.m. from Athens to CORINTH CANAL and then to Epidaurus (126 km – 2 hrs) – A visit to ASCLEPION, the famous THEATRE with the unique acoustics and the MUSEUM – From Epidaurus to NAUPLION, a very beautiful city, the first capital of Greece (37 km – 45 minutes) – Guided walking – Lunch – From Nauplion to MYCENAE (22 km - ½ hr) - Meeting with the Mycenaean civilization developed centered Mycenae from 1600-1100 BC. Moreover the story of the Royal family of Atreides is very interesting and tragic. A visit to the archaeological site, the Museum and the very famous Tomb of King Agamemnon – Back to Athens (120 km – 1 ½ hr) – Dinner – Free time – Overnight.

3rd DAY:

Breakfast - At 08.00 a.m. from Athens to DELPHI (180 km – 2 hrs & 15 minutes) – A visit to the Sanctuary of Delphi: Temple of Apollon – Theatre – Stadium – Treasures of Greek cities e.t.c. - Lunch - A visit to the Museum – To Athena Pronaia – Return to Athens (180 km – 2 hrs & 15 minutes) – Dinner – Free time – Overnight.

4th DAY:

Breakfast in the basket – Early departure from Athens to PIREAUS Port – Ferry Boat to TINOS island (07:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon) – Transfer from Tinos Port to the Resort Hotel – Check in – Lunch – Rest - Swimming to the wonderful beach - A brief lecture: "What is the theory of Systemic Constellation & how this theory becomes an experiential method which solves our mental dysfunctions" – Free time – Staying Overnight.

5th DAY:

Breakfast – An one day round trip of Tinos, to meet the picturesque island with its traditional arts and foods, monuments, history and modern life – Lunch (optional) during the tour – Back to the hotel in the afternoon – Rest – Experiential session of Systemic Constellation (3 hrs) – Free time – Dinner – Staying Overnight.

6th DAY:

Breakfast – Optional one day to the famous Mykonos island (20') – Free time for a walk to the magnificent paths – A visit to the Archaeological Museum . The exhibition includes a large number of vases, ranging from the prehistoric to the late Hellenistic period (25th-1st century B.C.), grave statues, stelae and funerary urns from Rheneia and a few finds from Mykonos - Lunch (optional) - Free time – In the afternoon back to Tinos – Dinner – Staying Overnight.

7th DAY:

Breakfast – Free time - Experiential session of Systemic Constellation (3 hrs) – Free time for swim – Relax time until the dinner – Free time - Staying Overnight.

8th DAY:

Breakfast – Free time - Experiential session of Systemic Constellation (3 hrs) – Free time for swim – Relax time until the dinner – Free time - Staying Overnight.

9th DAY:

Breakfast – Free time until the departure at 2.30 p.m. - From Tinos to Pireaus or Rafina Port - Transfer to Athens – Dinner – A drink at the hotel roof garden to discuss our impressions from the whole program – Staying Overnight.

10th DAY:

Breakfast – Free time for shopping or coffee downtown – Transfer to the airport.
